CLASSICAL BALLET COURSE

The Elite Course

The Elite Classical Ballet Course, designed for students with outstanding potential in classical ballet to receive instruction from a world-renowned classical ballet faculty.

The Elite Course is structured into two levels:

Elite Vocational 1 (EV1) for ages 8 – 16

Elite Vocational 2 (EV2) for ages 16 and above

ABOUT US

The Curriculum

The curriculum is thoughtfully designed to provide a well-rounded approach to training. Together, these elements encourage technical excellence, artistic growth, and a deeper understanding of

ballet as both a discipline and a form of expression.

Exercises specifically tailored for ballet dancers to build strength and flexibility.

In-depth classical ballet technique training builds strong foundations and mastery of fundamental movements. The progressive, levelled system allows the classical ballet technique curriculum to be individual to each dancer’s skill level, providing the right challenges and support necessary for continuous improvement.

Classical ballet solo coaching, to enhance technical skills, build confidence and develop stage presence whilst allowing for personal artistic expression.

Exploration of classical repertoire, giving students the opportunity to connect with traditional works while deepening their artistic expression.

These classes that are rooted in the iconic principles of Graham and Cunningham, where students can gain a deeper understanding of contemporary dance’s historical and anatomical aspects. Students learn improvisational skills which encourage individual style and artistic expression.

Students are inspired to nurture their creativity by collaborating with one another and expressing movement and storytelling through dance.

These workshops educate young dancers with essential skills and knowledge in Nutrition, Injury Prevention, Stage and costume Design, Dance Photography, Mindfulness and Mental Health, Stage Combat.

Classical
Solos

Autumn Term

The Autumn term has a FOCUS on learning and developing the technique and artistry to perform a classical solo.

Choreography Projects

Spring Term

The Spring term has a FOCUS on choreography projects, students are encouraged to develop their creativity, working together to enhance teamwork skills and discover new ways of expressing movement.

Classical Repertoire

Summer Term

The Summer term FOCUS includes an exploration of classical repertoire, giving students the opportunity to connect with traditional works while deepening their artistic expression.
